Registering your child with Olympic FC is easy – just follow these four simple steps:

1. Contact the appropriate Olympic official in charge of the age group that corresponds to that of your child/children. They will let you know if there are places still available in a team for your child/children.

2. If there are spaces, download and fill in the necessary club paperwork.

(a)  Medical Form

(b)  Club Membership Form

(c)  Club codes of Conduct Form

These forms can be found and downloaded in the “CLUB DOCUMENTS” section.

You will need to also supply a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate and a passport size photo if your child is 11 years of age or over.

3. Club registration fees must be paid before your child starts training – unless a payment arrangement can be negotiated with the club.

(a) Roo Ball ( aged 5 – 10 )                        $ 295.00

(b) Divisional ( aged 11-16 )                       $ 395.00

4. You will also need to purchase a compulsory club uniform ( this only applies to NEW players who join Olympic ). These items can be purchased from the club house and will cost $125.00. The uniform includes;

Olympic Playing Shorts      $ 35.00

Olympic Playing Socks       $ 15.00

Olympic Training Shirt        $ 25.00

Olympic Polo Shirt             $ 50.00

Please note - once registration has been paid there will be no refunds of registration or uniforms if you decide you wish to leave the club before or during the season.
