The Olympic Squirts program launched on Friday the 16th of April this year has been a great success. When the first training session began there were 30 kids enrolled, the number has grown to just over 40 in two weeks and the club is fielding enquiries on a daily basis.

The program is being run by Joe Fenech and he is being ably assisted by Terry Kambouris and Tommy Laskaris. The program has been developed for children aged between 3 and 5 years of age. It develops their motor and coordination skills through football drills and activity. The program costs $200 and runs for 20 weeks, every Friday night between 6-7 pm at Goodwin Park, Yeronga. Every registered child recieves an Olympic kit comprising a jersey, shorts, socks and a ball.
